I found that the best way was to buy a simple phrase book to help you with the basics and then go to Italy itself. By immersing yourself in the culture and speaking with the locals it is easy to pick up the language and hear the correct pronunciation. Obviously not a cheap way though!

Exercise Im afraid won't reduce the lose skin. The only really effective way is probably surgery. It is very expensive but I think you could maybe get it done on the NHS if it is affecting your quality of life (i.e. causing infections).

All those things are great but you also need to include some more protein and carbohydrate. Maybe make your sandwich from wholemeal bread and include some meat/fish/soya etc into your evening meal? Try to eat a range of foods but just eat smaller portions. And of course taking some exercise...

My mum and dad rescued a young injured thrush once. They named him charlie and he lived for years and years. He was really cute. Used to live in a pen in the corner of the kitchen.

I have very good eyesight. One of my hobbies is air pistol shooting and they call me annie oakley. :) One of my biggest fears is losing my sight. I am a very visual person.
