I usually scrub my tile floor on my knees with green scrub pads. I need something with a long handle so I can scrub while standing. Where can I find something like this? You could get one of these (http://www.gkservices.com/catalog/Microfiber-Scrubber-Mop-P379C51.aspx) and attach it to a Swiffer (http://www.swiffer.com/en_US/home.do). A Swiffer itself will do fine, but if you really wanna SCRUB, then attaching something to it will get the job done. Even a wash cloth firmly attached will work.

My computer monitor does odd things to objects and text on my screen. Why might it be doing this (see image link [edited in Photoshop to recreate/demonstrate problem])? It does this to icons, text, etc. It's as if there's a ghost of the object next to it. To add to the question: It is my monitor that causes the problem, not the computer. I've confirmed this by hooking it up to different machines. I have also adjusted the monitor's settings, and that has no effect on the problem. As usual, the link isn't showing up with the question. There's a shelf over the toilet and one in front of it, and it's usually on one of those. A lot of the time it ends up in the floor, anyway. Sanitary.

Then all you need is a little makeup and fake blood, and that's really cheap. You can even go as far as making the fake blood yourself. I just got a laptop with Vista, and aside from a couple minor networking issues (they are straightened out), I haven't had a problem and I kinda like it. Anyone else think it's not so bad? I like it. It's pretty, and thus far I haven't had any compatibility issues at all, which is surprising. It just uses a lot of RAM, but as long as you have plenty, that's not a problem.

I went to a different church than my regular one once, and the preacher spent an hour YELLING that if you even doubted for a SECOND anything about the Bible, that you would go to Hell. That was the only time I have EVER heard that. The books I read generally have around 400+ pages, which takes me a day, maybe a day-and-a-half to read. That's 178 books, but I take breaks occasionally, so it's actually probably about 160 books a year. I probably only BUY 10-15 books a year.

As a collective people, is the internet "dumbing us down" or "making us more intelligent"? It isn't the internet that makes people dumb, it's the staggering amount of idiots on the internet that influence them. It's making ME smarter, because I don't use sites like YouTube and MySpace.
