Unless your veterinarian specifically tells you it's ok, I would not take that kind of risk. You can do more damage than good. The vet will be able to give you the correct solution for your dogs eyes, without posing a risk of damage, such as blindness.

I would help them! No matter how much I hated someone, the right thing to do would be to help. I peronally, would never forgive or be able to live with myself, if I new, I could have saved their life, and just let them fall. It is also, not the type of person I am.
