My mom has a Chihuahua (9lbs) that is pregnant with a Mountain Cur's pups (he's 60lbs). Is delivery going to be a problem? Poor Chihuahua! Yes, there is a big chance for complications. They are so greatly different in size. You need to get your Chihuahua to the vet right away!!! Because of the differnce in size between the two dog's, and I really hate to say this, but, you may lose the mother and the puppies, if she doesn't get some help.
