Blackjack drinking game. if you get 21 you won't drink if you get say 18 you drink for 3 seconds if you get over 21 you have to double the ammount of time you drink... say you get 23 you need to drink for 4 seconds. Also ofc twister such fun times.

You need to burn more callories than you consume. Cardio and strengh workout is the best way. Small meals instead of larg ones. If you have the money go to fitness boxing. It's one of the best ways to loose weight in my opinion. Any type of workout is hard at first if you have never or havn't...

I have been wondering the same thing. There are people who are all the time trying to point out my faults but i've never got into big trouble because i make sure that my work is perfectly done without any faults.
