In most cultures they wanted sons to be born first so the first born could inherit what ever the father had and also carry on the family name. I can't lose weight, what am I doing wrong? You need to burn more callories than you consume. Cardio and strengh workout is the best way. Small meals instead of larg ones. If you have the money go to fitness boxing. It's one of the best ways to loose weight in my opinion. Which martial art should I study? MMA in my opinion. I have tried several different martial arts and i enjoy MMA the most. We get to learn techniques from different martial arts and mix them to fit our fighting style. BJJ, TKD, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kick boxing, Wresteling, Judo etc. But you should test out different martial arts to find the one which you like the most and go with that.
