My playstation 2 has no colour just black and white.everything else is working its just the colour that is wrong. It could be a NTSC/PAL problem, try switching your TV or PS2 settings. Also, try using another television and diffrent AV cables as mentioned by Anonymous.

Hello eveyone! I have modded my ps2 several years ago with modchip, but now it stopped working. when I tried to load games either backup or original, it just does not load most of the time. But sometimes I can get it to load some games, but very rarely. It's most likely the laser of the PlayStation 2 which is causing the problem. You can try to clean it using this guide: http://www.cyber-mag.com/station/laserPS2.htm Laser discs can be bought in online and local shops, there are several online shops. Personally, I'd prefer to tell an unofficial game store about the problem.
