Ok, pet peave of mine. When putting pillow cases on your pillows, do you put the end of the pillow (where the tag is) on the opening end of the case, or the closed end? It matters if you are a schoolboy, the paper has to roll out from the top of the roll,so as not to create to much friction. The reason being that when flushing the toilet you make sure that there is a pile of paper in the bowl that is still connected to the toilet roll, then press the flush and watch the roll doing about 500rpm as the paper races down the sewer lines.

I have a new fuel pump,a new rebuilt quadrajet carb & a check valve in the line to hold the gas in. Thanks! This may sound simplistic, but from your engine symptoms you had better check the level of the float valves in the carby, it sounds like the float level is to low, this is a common occurrence with a rebuilt carby.

My 1 year old border collie mix vomits about once a day for several months. It is a dry vomit, absolutely no liquid content or bile. The dog seems healthy with a good coat and appropriate weight. He is very active. What could be the problem? Don't exercize your Dog for at least an hour before and an hour after the Dog eats. For now, give the Dog some natural Yogurt (you'll be loved forever). Next, take your dog to the vet, this is the best thing to do. Some animals can develop a regurgitation habit,normally after eating grass, but in your case, with dry vomit, take your Dog to the vet pronto.

We are buying a new house, and the crazy people before us painted interior brick black (ok), then blue, then white...and not consistently. Does anyone know how to paint it a natural/neutral color? If the Wall is solid brick, the best method is to Sand Blast the wall, this will leave a clean brick surface with a natural look, seal the exposed surface with an aggregate sealer from your hardware store. Or simply paint over it,if the original paint is in good condition a couple of coats of good undercoat will give you a neutral base to start with, then apply the finish of your choice.

1989 Corvette 6 speed trans. Replaced fuel injector nozzles. Gasoline is now getting into motor oil, to the point engine sometimes "hydrolocks" on cold start. I assume fuel is filling a cylinder, and leaking into the crankcase. You assumed correct, but you do have a major fuel injector problem,the best advice is to do a rebuild, or get a short motor, it all depends on dollars,you could blow a head off your motor if you keep using it like it is, but do get that Injection system checked out before you try and use it again. WHO INVENTED SUPERMOTO'S? The USA invented it as a spin off from Flat track, the French then took the idea up as TV was becoming available to the masses,and thats what saw it take off in france and europe. Someone at the apartment complex tore my outside driver's side mirror (electric)off. Right now I can't afford to have it replaced. I'm trying duct tape to hold it on, but the heat of the day causes it to come loose. Any other remedies available? Thanks! You can get epoxy glue from a hardware store, for your job the best epoxy to use would be Araldite, its a two pac system, make sure the areas around the areas to be glued are free of grease before starting, then follow the intructions on the tube. Assuming I have enough engine oil in, why might my oil light sometimes flash when turning corners? Never assume anything about your engine oil, it looks like your oil is to low, hence when cornering your warning lamp will flash as the oil slops around, or your oil viscosity is wrong(to thin).
