It could absolutely 100% be because you are asian. Asian people have a more yellow pigment than caucasian people, not only in their skin but also in their teeth and eyes. Same with many Indian people, I have many friends who have this problem.

I have recently put lots of weight on since having the contraceptive implant in my arm. It's been removed but the weight is still being gained. Do I have a disorder? No, I would say its your hormones still being jolted around. I had the same problem with implanon. I also gained weight when I went off the pill. But if you notice yourself gaining weight too rapidly, or developing acne or facial hair see the doc as you might have polycystic ovarian syndrome. Also, as a side note... could you be pregnant? (although i see it was posted july... maybe not...
