Anquan Boldin of Arizona. There are many more deserving WRs like Roy Williams and Marques Colston to name a few.

I think that the Lions Roy Williams should be on the NFC Pro Bowl Team. He is 5th in the NFL in receiving yards, and 2nd in the NFC. He or New Orleans rookie WR Marques Colston should be on the NFC.

There are 32 picks a round and seven 7 rounds. The order is based on the teams record from the year before. The worst team gets the first pick and the super bowl winner gets the last. For playoff teams, it is not based on record, but how far they went, with record as the tiebreaker.
