I just fixed me a bowl of special k, and I noticed 10 spoonfuls later that I there were little black bugs in the cereal, you know those black bugs that some how get into flour and rice, i ate them!! I recently had a car painted by a local paint shop that has now gone out of business because of lawsuits. The paint has started to develope a "dandruff" problem with the paint starting to flake; it's like the paint is crinkling and falling off. I workout alot and I eat about 1,100 calories a day. But I went on a vacation and I wasn't exactly counting calories nor was I watching what I ate. I was just watching how much I ate. Why is it that I lost 3lbs that week, but this week, I didn't lose any? don't worry about it, you had a slip up, just keep working out and counting your calories and you should be losing weight again, there will always be some weeks where you don't loose weight.

I have severe foot cramps. I've tried to flex my foot, but as soon as I let go my toes start to spread again. Sometimes if I can't get the pain to stop, it starts moving to the top of my foot and up my shins. It makes me cry sometimes!
