From your uniquie position yes & no. No atmosphere on the Moon, so you would not see them nearing the Moon. BUT, if you were to be looking at the Earth, WOW, what a show! Especially for some of the "heavier" showers. I would think you would even see "grazers" that hit just right and bounce off.
