I couldn't add a description, so I need to be lame and "answer" my own question. I'm overweight and breastfeeding. I'd like to fast for a day or two, but it's not worth it if it will diminish my supply. Do you think I can go a day or two, based on the fact that I'm about 30 lbs overweight?

Regaring Alanis Morrisette's "Ironic", I think that rain on your wedding day is more foreshadowing than ironic. Which do you think it is and why?
It would be much more ironic if the weather report predicted heavy rain that weekend, so you postponed it until the next weekend, and the original date had perfect warm sunny weather, and your wedding party got drenched at the ceremony.

Atheists: Do you find it annoying when Christians use the Bible to answer your questions about God? What resource should be used instead?
Of course there's no proof that God exists. He's not going to give you a signed copy of His book. He's not going to drink coffee with you and discuss philosophy. Christians believe the Bible to be the word of God, so to them it is a valid text. Athiest believe the Bible to be complete hogwash, so they dismiss it as easily as they would a fortune cookie. Is sleep a boon or is it a nuisance in life?
A necessary nuisance. I wish I didn't need to sleep, there just isn't enough time in the day to accomplish all my tasks and still be "present" with my kids, AND get enough sleep. So the magic cure in my life would be a pill that made sleep absolutely unnecessary, or a clone.

My first Marine Corps birthday ball. It was such a blast! Dancing, drinking, comraderie, our unit got a hospitality suite, so it was like a party within a party. Boy was that a fun night. Plus, our commanding officer (of our little unit) allowed the females to wear civilian attire eg, a ball gown. That was the only year I didn't have to wear dress blues.

I can't vote, because my choice isn't up there. I think it's unspeakable that one man can overturn a majority vote. That's not America. How much was your last grocery bill in July of 2010? (and for how many people?)
I'm a cheapie, I go to a bag-your-own grocery store every 2-3 weeks. I usually spend around $100 for 4 people. I go to Wal-Mart once a month for the non-food stuff like toilet paper, tooth paste and laundry detergent, and I usually spend between $70 and $80.

Why do alot of people at the library stink?
I used to work at a library in a small town, and there weren't a lot of people who stank, but the ones that did......HOO BOY!!! Cat waste/litter and cigarette smoke were the worst. There was actually one woman who's stench would seep into the books she had taken out, and we would put them in the garage for a few hours to let them air out a bit. YUCK!!!

What do you think of these prom dresses?
#4, but only because it's the least of 5 evils! Those dresses seem way too old to be going to a prom. Can't you wear something flirtier? Maybe I'm showing my age a little here, but these dresses all look like they belong on unhappy models who smoke, not teenage girls celebrating the fact that they're almost done with highschool!

If you got pregnant by accident, what would you do with the baby and why?
Exactly what I am doing now. I would be pregnant for 9 months, get heartburn, RLS, and braxton-hicks contractions. I'd re-arrange my house to squeeze one more person into it, have regular appointments with my doctor, pick out names, daydream about what she might be like as an adult, worry about how I'm going to afford baby clothes, gratefully accept hand-me-downs, and after the birth, when...

I love it, it's perfect. The tattoo artist should be able to scale it down no problem. I wouldn't add anything, ESPECIALLY color, I think it would take away from a very cool, simplistic symbol.
If I hadn't sworn off getting any more tattoos I might have had to steal this design from you.

Yes, and usually. They're locked up, so sometimes I wonder if I'd be able to get one out and loaded in time if I needed it...it takes less than a minute (I time myself sometimes!), but if someone were already in the house I'd be in trouble. I feel safer than if I didn't have them though.

Are you suppose to leave tip if you order your food to go?
I never used too, but after a brief stint as a waitress I found that it's as much, if not more work to box and bag a to-go order as it is to deliver plates to a table. So I'll usually leave a tip, esp[ecially if they remember to include plastic-ware and napkins. In a sit-down establishment it's kind of a pain in the ass to dig all that stuff out.

I don't have a head for math, but this is an easy way for me to remember. It takes longer than just remembering which numbers to divide or multiply, but I can never just remember. But I CAN remember that equation.

Answer to:
Should government take over control of money creation?
Every piece of paper "money" represents a bit of gold in the federal reserve. Every time the government prints more money to "help the economy" each one of those pieces of paper is worth less, because they can't just magically create more gold. Your money is worth less and less with every bailout and tax rebate. They are stealing from you, and you are thanking them for it.

Do you have a look-alike in the world?
Yes!! I saw her in Las Vegas. My husband and I were walking one way down a hall, she and a group were walking toward us, we both kind of stared at each other as we passed, neither of us said anything, and we kept walking. It was bizarre. I would just write it off as my imagination, or whatever, but my husband was just as wierded out by it.

Answer to:
Is it normal to have mood-ring-eyes? You know, where your eyes change abnormal colors with your mood?
My daughter's eyes do that. She has the coolest eyes I have ever seen. They go from dark (almost brown) grey, to bright blue, with a few stops in the green area along the way. The color mostly shifts according to the color she is wearing and the weather, but when she's really happy or feeling devious they get super-charged with brightness.
I love her so much.

Should American police stop people on the street and demand to see whether their papers are in order?
No, it reminds me too much of the civil rights movement era, with cops stopping the black guy, just to see if he's up to no good. I believe in enforcing the law, but it needs to be done better than just going off what someone looks like.
Answer to:
Do you believe in the dumb blonde stereotype?
No, but the problem with stereotypes is when those "types" buy into them themselves, and perpetuate the stereotype because it's what they think they're "supposed" to be.

A bit off topic, and it doesn't answer your question but I gotta say, this whole don't ask don't tell thing is ridiculous. I won't be there, I couldn't care less what I was burried in, if I was cremated, what became of my ashes, or what kind of flowers there were. I want my passing to be as painless for my family as possible, and if it gives them closure to look at me in a box, or...

Does this sentence "The word stirred emotions inside of him that very few others had the power to." make sense? It sounds weird.
I'm not a grammar expert, but I know that you can't end a sentence with a preposition (to.)
I'd go with, "The word stirred emotions in him, a power held by very few other words." Or something like that.
Answer to:
How do you explain the time phenomina, the older you get the faster time goes by. Why?
No, it's just that each year becomes a smaller and smaller percentage of your life. When your five, one year is 20% of your life, so you birthday seems like it will never come, but at fifty, one year is only 2%. Not much at all, really.

What's the most racist thing that has ever happened to you personally?
I was in boot camp and a bunch of black girls wouldn't let me sit at their table because I was white. I didn't realize it until later and I was shocked. I had never been around racism before. It just didn't occur to me that there were race lines drawn, I didn't know I was expected to stay with "my own kind." I had just never been around anything like that before.

What is a food that you would forbid your own kids from eating?
Pot brownies? I can't think of anything legal that I would put off limits, I encourage them to have an open mind when it comes to food. I will often have my oldest, who is 4, pick out anything in the whole store that she has never tried before, and I agree to serve it. It broadens all of our food horizons.

Emo kids are annoying. As I understand it (and I am 32, so I may be way out of the loop) a ginger kid is just a pale kid with freckles and red hair. What's annoying about that? It's just the way someone looks!

Who's really "good" or "bad" on Lost? Is Jacob good and The Man In Black bad? Or is it the other way around?
For a long time now, ever since we first saw the two of them talking on the beach, I have suspected that perhaps Jacob is the baddie, and not the MIB. But it's so hard to tell, and I know we (or I will anyway!) be guessing right up until the very end!

When you moved into your current home, did you anticpate settling there for the rest of your life? Or is it just a temporary dwelling place?
When we moved in here five years ago we planned to be here no longer than three years. We bought a fixer-upper, and planned on fixing it up while building credit, and selling at a profit before the birth of our second child. Some things have happened making our plans impossible, so we're here for awhile, making room for baby number three.

I really don't think so, but the thing is a lot of people, ordinary citizens, who previously identified themselves as Democrat or Republican, are so turned off by their own party that I am optimistic that this two party system might soon have a third party to contend with.
Answer to:
What is your favorite Democrat policy? Republican policy? Or you forgot?
Along with the Republicans I am all for smaller government and more personal freedom, along with the Democrats I am all for ending the war and bringing the troops home.
I identify with the Libertarain party, specifically Ron Paul, who wants to shrink government, lessen the power of the fed., tighten our borders and stay the hell out of other countries' business. Ron Paul 2012

Did I miscarry? Was I even pregnant?
That sounds like an early miscarriage. A lot of women aren't even aware of an early misscarriage, they just write them off as wierd periods. They don't hurt like it would later in the pregnancy. If there is pain and cramping that could be an eptopic pregnancy, which is serious. Either way, you should see a doctor.

Answer to:
I want a baby so badly I cant think straight. I just miscarried and I am so sad. Why has this happened to me?
I'm so sorry for your loss. Don't give up hope, and please don't let yourself get bogged down by dispair. If you've been trying for a long time now maybe you should see a doctor about it. You might want to consider adopting instead. Either way, if you're meant to be a mother (and not knowing you from Adam I have a sneaking suspicion that you are) than you will be.

Do you really do "spring cleaning?"

If you choose to not drive there is no requirement for you to purchase insurance. Did anything happen on your wedding day that you were not pleased with?
There were a lot of no-shows. Many people who RSVP'd yes just didn't show up, which sucked, because we only invited about 100 people, so the room looked pretty empty, plus we had to pay for all those plates anyway. We could have saved a TON of money if those people had just let us know even days in advance that they wouldn't be there.
Other than that it was lovely.

How would you rate American kids on the scale of 1-10 with 10 meaning very mannerly?
Based on all kids I actually know in real life, I would say they average about 6. Some of my nieces really pull up that number, they are the most well behaved children I have ever met. Most of the kids I know are allowed by their parents to run wild and be rude. I hope I will do a good enough job with my kids for them to be much more polite than the average child.

I have heard (this may be WAY wrong) that satanism isn't a religion worshipping satan, rather it is more a practice of self gratification, putting yourself above all else, often at the expense of others. If that's correct I don't know if I'd call it a religion, as there is no diety worshipping. I think paganism is the worship of multuiple pagan gods. So there would be a big difference.

I'm 15 and I weigh 80 pounds. I don't eat breakfast or lunch and I walk a mile everyday. Are there any other ways I can lose weight?
The ideal for an average height (5'4") 15 year old girl is 117, skipping meals is bad for you, it slows you metabolism, and since no one else has said it I have to point out: You're not done growing, hopefully you will stay healthy enough to GAIN weight over the next few years.

What happened to the 6th commandment did it just get thrown out?
It's still just as much a commandment as the others, but a lot of them have become socially acceptable to break.
Of course I'm simplifying:
1. Believe in God--Are you kidding me? Just browse this or ANY social website and see if most people keep that one.
3. Don't take the name of the Lord in vain--There was a time when that language was shocking, now it's on...

Do you ever notice when there is going to be a Snow Storm 500 people show up a the grocery store buying two weeks worth of bottled water and food as if it's the end of the world? It annoys me when I try to pick up a few things for dinner.
Ugh, me too. I also hate it when things I normally buy go on sale, often they are sold out.

My suicidal girlfriend uses me as her sole support system and constantly talks of marriage and 'forever'. I cannot see myself with her forever and need to break it off without completely devastating her. How do you end an unhealthy relationship?
I was a crazy, suicidal girlfriend too. After the weekend he met my parents I bashed my head against the tile shower walls until it bled and I passed out to punnish him for not giving me a ring. He got me the ring the following week. We got married at city hall. Less than three years later, after and countless suicide threats, screaming rages and window/door breaking he divorced me....

What do you think about vegetarians?
To my mind there are 2 kinds of vegetarians: Ones who truly commit to the lifestyle and the ones who don't. Those who commit know how to nourish their bodies properly, they get plenty of protein, calcium, iron, and the like and they don't eat meat "only sometimes." These are usually the people who simply live their lives the way they see is best, and when asked they will...
Answer to:
This is me after a serious night of intoxication. Have you ever had a night like this?
Yeah, I went through a time in my life where I was black-out drunk 2 or 3 nights a week. It was my first year enlisted in the Marine Corps, it's what people did. I went along with the crowd, and regret it today. Getting drunk is not the worst thing I did during that time in my life....not by a long shot. I wish I could just erase that time in my life from my memory, like Jim Carrey did...

Do things to make yourself feel prettier. Put on make-up, do your hair, get a new haircut, wear colors that look good on you, have your nails done. A big one is to wear clothes that fit you, not ones that are too small. Do these things not to LOOK better, but to FEEL better, because when you feel better about the way you look you actually DO look better.

People would just find something else to collect and gain wealth. There would still be theft, laziness, fraud, greed, poverty, and envy. There would also still be generosity, compassion, ambition, work ethics, success, and pride. In short, we would still be people in a society.
Unless of course you are talking about a communist or socialist government.

She cheated on you, wanted to break up with you, and you kept her??? You need to have more respect for yourself. Leave her, do NOT stay her friend and move on.
BTW, if you started dating her when she was 16 it wasn't very likely to suceed anyway. People change a lot during that period between teenager and adult. She was a child then.

If there is such a thing as "The Word Of God" (I'm still soul-searching) then I would think that it is not anti-female, but the interpretation of His Word would be, due to the fact that the books of the Bible were written during times when women were thought by society to be less important than men.

Animals have a much smaller prefrontal cortex diminishing their ability to have a higher consciousness. Why are so many people against Obama for policies enacted under G.W. Bush? Is the Right so partisan that they can do no wrong and the Democrats can do no right?
Hold on, conservatives don't hold exclusive rights to hypocracy. One example: Bush is an idiot for wanting to prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons, Obama is a great leader for wanting to prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons.
Those who love Obama are blind to his faults just as those who hate him are blind to his merits.

No slang for bodily functions, or body parts, no derrogatory terms, including "cop." My mom considered that disrespectful to police officers. Insults like "retard" "idiot" and "moron" were forbidden as well as name-calling in...

How would you describe your interest in world travel?
I have traveled more than most people will in their lifetime, I wish I'd taken more pictures and kept a journal, it all seemed to go by so fast. I wish I had the opportunity to re-visit many of the places I have been, and to see more, but I don't think that will happen.

Should health workers be vaccinated against the swine flu?
They should be given the option, but I fear that the vaccine is a little late in arriving. A lot of people in my town have already had it, spent their time in the hospital in isolation, and are now home all better. Getting the vaccine now would be like bolting the barn door after the horses have fled.

Sorry, this is not an answer to your question, but I'm taking this opportunity to vent a little. I go the speed limit. ALWAYS. I have kids, I need to set a good example. The other day these jackasses were tailgating me, in a 45, wooded area, double yellow lines, curves in the road. What do you think of women who do not wear bras? I have heard alot people say girls not wearing panties as nasty but when it come to bra its either no reaction or that ok? What your opinion?
It's not good for the breasts to constantly go without. It stretches out the breast tissue, leading to premature sagging.
Perky little 23-year-old boobs can look great sans bra, but 56-year-old double d's don't look so hot.

What do you usually get when you go to a Mcdonald's.
#2 (two cheeseburgers) with a hazelnut iced coffee. I give the second cheeseburger to whomever will eat it. I used to be able to scarf down the whole thing, plus 2 or 3 snack wraps, maybe a 3rd cheeseburger and a couple of those bacon cheeseburgers from the dollar menu, all by the time I got home (a 10 minute drive.) I was a borderline binge eater.

Yes. It's wierd and I's been true for as long as I can remember. When I squint hard I see playing cards. Actually, not the cards, just the spades, clubs, hearts and diamonds floating away from me, as if I am traveling backwards away from them very fast through space.

Of course not. Jimmy Carter was way worse, but Andrew Jackson was by FAR the worst president ever. People only take the time to hate the presidents they were alive to see, it's pretty arrogant to think that those who came before were irrelevant.

20% at restaurants, unless the service is really bad. When I get my latte I take a sip while she swipes my card. If it's not gross I round up to the dollar, then add a dollar per drink. That usually works out to around 40%. If it is gross I just round up to the dollar. That's usually 10-15%

Like Capital J said, AVG is great and totally free, but you might want to consider buying malware protection. Lately there has been a few things going around that technically aren't viruses, so anti-virus software can't detect or remove it. Go to CNET.com, It's a reliable site with lots to choose from and customer reviews.
