Now I have to wear a knee brace most of the time ant still going to therapy so I can run again and it hurts really bad in the winter. Well to tell you the truth I was on drugs BAD REALLY BAD and that's when I stayed up the longest one time it was about 2 weeks then another time it was about 3 weeks.
