Why does my laptop charger make a weird noise that sounds like a cricket? That happened to my laptop's charger too! Well, I had to buy a new charger because when it makes sounds like that, when you plug in the charger, it doesn't work. But if you plug it in when the sound stops, the charger works. You have to wiggle the charger around in a certain spot to make the sound stop. BUT--- I think the best thing to do is to buy a new charger. :o)
