No, I cannot tell. People can get plenty silly, stupid, or angry without being intoxicated, so I don't assume one way or the other. I have seen people called out in VERY harsh ways though, by other people and it was just cruel - and not always accurate.

Hi Kevin, I agree strongly in doing away with Community Leaders all together. In fact, Shopping Sheryl and I were emailing today and she said that she has PROOF in emails from some CL's that they do not treat all users fairly across the board. This was very disappointing news to me :(

I have not, but my mother has/does. She broke her femur bone about 6 and a half years ago and has had chronic knee pain since. Physical therapy helped her to walk on the leg again, but did not help the knee pain. About once or twice a year, she gets a cortisone shot which sometimes helps....

Unfortunately, the world is just not a safe place a lot of the time. When my second daughter was 16, she was mugged at her bus stop by two other teenagers. Needless to say, I will never put my younger kids in the same risky situation.

I am very self conscious at the gym also. I counter act it by wearing t-shirts with funny sayings, practice keeping my chin up, smile a lot, listen to my own music and never hesitate to ask the staff for direction on how to use the weights and machines. These things are nice little confidence...

Yes, we have had conversations with our older children and have let them know that we would love them no matter what their orientation. We will have the same conversations with our younger children when the opportunity presents itself.
