My navel ring got infected and scabbed over. The scab fell off today and there is a whole in my skin there. Can anybody tell me what to do? a naval piercing takes the longest to heal. that is a really dirty part of your body. it can take at least 6 months to heal properly. mine did the same thing and i've had it for over 10 years. no problems. don't worry this is to be expected with this sort of piercing.

My nose was originally pierced as 18guage and the one that was in was a 20gauge, and the cartilage shrunk..I put a 18guage back in to stretch the cartilage out again how long should I keep this stud in before I change it? i would recommend that you not change it for 7 to 10 days and to not to listen to hurricane.
