I shame myself for not being Bible elite, but didn't Jesus change everything in the New Testament? His main rule was to love others as you love yourself. Except, I'm not in muscle weight training and stuff like that o.o To be healthy AND gain weight, try eating more meals every four hours or so. They can be small meals or even celery with peanut butter. Try increasing your calorie intake, too. If you really want to go all the way, lift weights to build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.
