WHY is it so difficult to leave a comment?? At least half the time I type one in and hit submit and nothing happens! Is the server so busy that it can't process it or what? If I come back in 3-5 minutes sometimes, it goes through fine. What's the deal?

Does it bother you when people only comment on a question (especially if they disagree with your answer) yet they did NOT give an answer themselves to be read & rated? Seems like a way to say what you want without risking + or - ratings to me.
