I bowl with 2 fingers and find it hard to bowl with 3...how do u bowl with three? The reason it may be hard is because you haven't developed the wrist strength to control the ball with the fingers and the thumb. As you start to bowl with the thumb, your wrist and forearm start to get stronger and used to the ball. If the ball is too heavy, your arm may be sore a couple times, but eventually, if you keep practicing, it should develop to where you can throw with all 3...

If our 5 man team averages 172, 178, 184, 188 and 189 respectfully, what league handicap should we look for to give us the best advantage. eg. 90% of 220 etc. well, there are a couple i would suggest. for the best chances, 100% of 220 would be the most likely and most helpful possibility. but, you might be able to get 100% of 230. i have seen ridiculous things before in handicap, however. i've seen things from 80% of 190, to 100% of 240. but 100% of 220-230 would be best.

I've seen this call go both ways. Batter bunts and the ball rebounds off the plate and hits the bat a second time in fair territory while the batter is still holding the bat over the plate. It's unintentional. What's the correct call? If the bat hits the ball more than once, it is an out, as it is an illegal hit.

If you "stick", or fail to slide on the approach, you will most likely have a bad shot. The shoes help you to stay balanced, also, when you release the ball.
