I was sued for breach of contract regarding a sublease. The judge wouldn't let her get the last months since she had time to find someone and now she is coming back for the remaining months, can she do this 5 months later? Once a judge makes a ruling, which was for breach of contract, that is binding, and if she did try to take you to court, I would pay for a copy of the transcripts, and the outcome of the last lawsuit, and countersue her for emotional distress. Not sure if double jeopardy comes into play here, because it is not a crime you are being charged with?

Does anyone have the recipe for the 'famous' Bourbon Street Burger - originally a menu item from a franchise called "The Rib Cage" in Southern Ontario in the 1970's. I contacted a rib cage restaurant, and requested the recipe for this. If I get it, I will copy it, and post it here.

It is where when no one is there, and someone is in thier last few days, someone sits with them, so when they die, someone is there to talk to them, and hold thier hand. Yes, but if this happens alot, or you feel sad, when you know you should be happy, and having a good time, you should check with your doctor, just to make sure you are not suffering from depression. My bite is off and my dentist can't get it right. It hurts like the devil. Is this normal? Can it be fixed? Sometimes if you just got a filling, and your bite is affected, then it just needs to be filed down, it is up to high, to match the other teeth above or below it. If this can not be fixed by your dentist, I agree with the others, find another one quick!

How can I help really sore back pain? The sharp pain is constantly there, and is on one side of my lower back right down to my knee. If it goes down your leg, it is affecting your siatica nerve, I would check with a doctor. If it ever goes to your toes, or makes your foot numb or tingly, I would really worry. Heat at night, and not sleeping in a water bed, if you have one will help. Ibuprofen really helps, it helps with inflamation, which is usually the cause of such back pain. Good luck to you!

In the state of Michigan, can one be forcefully taken to a police station for taking all of the pamphlets a business has set out? These pamphlets contain info about the business and there was not a sign present stating that one could only have 1 pamphlet. I could not see a problem with this, but my question would be why? If something bad happened between you and this company before you took the brochures, then they may have more legal rights, then if someone just took a bunch to hand out to thier friends. I have enticed him with food and bones, he will get them out but, does not stay, even when its raining and cold out. Since the four year old dog has been using this dog house, it is possible, that he/she has sent a "signal", to the younger dog, that that is his/her space, and don't enter. It could just be a low growl, when the dog first tried to enter. You may not have noticed.

I want to be honest with my employers, but they won't give me a chance. It all depends on what you were in jail for. Under US law you must be 18 to consent to have sex. In UK you must be 16 to consent, and can marry at 16. If I have sex with my 17 yr old wife while in America is this statutory rape? You can never be late, or you face disciplinary action, but as for overtime, most companies do the 15 minute calculation. If you work 8 minutes overtime, you are paid for 15 minutes overtime.
