    While yogurt does have calcium which is good for your teeth, it also has sugar in it and causes plaque to build up. It is good for your teeth if you brush right after eating it, and bad for your teeth if you don't. Most people don't brush their teeth right after eating yogurt so I voted for it as being bad for ones teeth! It's all a matter of balance.
