is whole wheat pizza better for you than white flour pizza?

    level headed

    It's suppose to be because white flour has no nutritional value or little compared to whole wheat. I said I wouldn't eat whole wheat pasta, but, it grows on you. I haven't tried a whole wheat pizza yet. Guess I'm due.
