I broke my verizon phone last week and my contract allowed for a new phone so I got a new touch screen phone. Yesterday I was at schools and I pull my phone out and the entire screen was black (Guessing my books crushed it) but it still calls I just can't see what I'm doing. According to the verizon one year warranty it should replace my phone but I'm not sure could someone check to see if they will replace my phone for free?

razzle phone thru Verizon, won't charge. What do u think would be a fair trade. They suggest samsung intensity II but it looks cheap.
