Never heard of it, Welby. When was it on?
by KDP on January 30th, 2012
:) Hi KDP. It was on in early 1975. It was somehow connected to Norman Lear; he might've created even. The show's title, which for some reason, intrigued me to watch, was the neon sign for the Hotel Baltimore - - the "e" was burned out. :)
And I remember most Conchata Farrell portraying a prostitute. She's hilarious to me.
It was an ensemble show revolving around all these characters living in the hotel. Not the most original premise but I watched and it seemed gone within seconds.
Here's a wikipedia link.
From quickly glancing at the wikipedia essay, I was unaware of how many trails the show blazed, I guess.
When I googled the title just now, I saw that episodes are available to watch somewhere on line -- I might have to go back and see if I can watch them. It wouldn't take very long, considering the show disappeared so soon, ha!
