    Depends on which room and floor. If its upstairs where all the bedrooms are than I think its cozier and nicer to have carpet...

    I like tile and wood. Carpet feels nice but it holds so much dirt and allergens.

    I like carpet better when it's new, but it doesn't stay new. It holds so much dust and dirt that I prefer a hard, easily cleaned floor and area rugs.

    I Installed all 3 as my work for well over a decade - Hate Wood,Made A Ton of $$ on Carpet -or fuzz in the trade - and it has 'side-lined me' by ruining my back and knees. Enjoyed the talent that tile's of different kinds required And fair money.
