Somebody told me that this happened to him. The police wanted the passenger of the taxi to pay the ticket or else be arrested and go to jail. What would you do if this happened to you - pay the ticket or go to jail?
So i got in a taxi with a driver who had roaring red eyes, was fidgety and would NOT stop talking.
