    I have a broader vocabulary and I am able to communicate at a better level than having to use such simplistic terminology!

    "Touche" sounds annoying to me. If I had to pick one or the other, I'd rather say "Ditto". I am more likely to say "Same here", "I know what you mean", "I agree", "I totally know what you mean", or "Me too", though...
