If it takes you somewhere around 600mg-800mg of caffeine to feel appreciable effects, and even more throughout the span of the day(not from building a tolerance), is it plausible to suggest that your neurochemistry will resultantly tolerate and suffer less long-term negative consequences from megadose consumption of the substance?
What are the pros and cons of caffeine?
