how can you be sure it is a spirit asnwering you and not you asnwering yourself because you want to know really badly?

    i agree to a point i have been listening to evp's (assuming that's what your talking about) and i have learned even though i really want to know the answer i have learned to separate myself from that kind of place and go into it as if i have no idea what the answer could be or what i want to answer to be but people who can't separate them selves like that than should very well call upon someone to help them with that situation

    Anytime you want to know an answer really badly, you almost certainly have too much fear to use your ability effective. It clouds your ability to listen.

    Get someone else to help you who doesn't care about your question.
