Yea it is getting tough,I am of an age that I no longer have a mortgage our biggest bill is the food bill how the hell do two OAP's get through a £100 of food a week.My grandchildren have the same problem with car insurance my comprehensive policy is £200 per year,my eldest grandsons(23) pays £1500 for his Focus ST thats with full no claims bonus.
