If someone was trying to serve contempt papers to you, and youve told them to get off property and they keep coming back, is that illegal?

    voted: yes it is illegal

    Over and Out

    People are entitled to serve you legal papers. You can't avoid service because you don't want to allow them on your property. Better to just deal with the issue and get it over with. No one is going to just forget about it if they want to serve you.
