    I voted for the one I did because I have not been there in forever! But I like the options you gave -- I know it is a person-to-person opinion, and mine is probably not the most common, but I would like the first date to be more relaxed than in some formal place with low lighting or something.

    We don't even have the first 3 places you list where I live.

    But, I would hope there would be better choices than Wendy's or Steak 'n Shake for a first date.

    I would take a date to have seafood in my town...nice local joint which makes the great stuff from scratch and even has live jazz.:)
