Help answer this question below.

after reharge of air cond. on my 2003ford winstar it is still not cold enough please advise maybe not enough gas?

    Artful Bodger might be right, but sometimes it is all about perception. "Not cold enough" could mean that it is the same temperature, but in June it could seem like the a/c is not as cold because the air is hotter outside. I doubt that your problem is the amount of refrigerant, but there is a possibility that you have a leak or a problem in your air conditioning system. I wouldn't recommend trying to fix it yourself, as it could be dangerous and illegal. Good luck!

    There is either a leak in the system (look for hoses with stains on them) or there is still another problem, could be a bad pump, bad fan, clogged system, or a thousand other problems, good luck.

    I have just had to fork over a small fortune to fix a similar problem with my Falcon. The shutter flap in the heater box falls to bits (thanks to the penny-pinching bastards using the cheapest available plastics) and no longer serves to separate the air-con and heater air.
    The dashboard has to come out, and that costs an arm and a leg.
    I will never buy another Ford.
