    The reasons doctors started circumsizing boys was for sanitary reasons. That was also when they didn't have soap yet. It was because things could get between the shaft and the foreskin and cause an infection. I think now they just do it because that's what most people do nowadays. Some people just think that their son will be ridiculed for being "different." But I don't see why it would be necessary to do that while urinating. Unless you're peeing on yourself.

    haha, nice question :P. I was never told to do so, but i have concluded it is indeed helpful XD especially when trying to aim while standing XP. Otherwise I suppose it has no function, except perhaps hygienic
