You're reading Do you pull straight into your driveway, parking spot etc. when you arrive vs. backing in when you arrive? Why or why not?
Comments
And chances are your also in more of a rush at this time vs. when you parked.
Be it you temporarily misplaced: keys, cell, etc & running a few minutes late.
So, doesn't it just make sense to back it into where ever as it is obviously a more difficult maneuver, why would you choose to do it when your under more stress & pressure vs. at the end of the day when you don't need to be some where by a certain time?
This is true across the board whether your at the grocery store, etc.
In the event you should ever need a jump, much easier.
Can you think of even 1 benefit to not backing in so you can start your trip out going forward vs. backwards like the majority?
It maybe just "uncommon sense".

Wow! Quite believable indeed that your still just driving in & think that is the end of the story.
So you can someday be in a rush causing an accident that you'll never even be aware of because you don't have any uncommon sense.
Check the driving stats & see just how many accidents there are because of someone backing in or out of the street/parking lot etc.
Parking lot accidents are of course generally minor, but ones on the street can & do claim lives.
Many times the one causing the accident isn't even aware they caused an accident especially if they weren't hit.
They are backing out & in a hurry causing some one to stop for them, bam! They get rear ended the one causing the accident drives away unaware. & off they go to create another accident down the road.
WOW, you are proof that it is truly believable that too many can't or won't learn uncommon sense.
Amazing not.
Don't matter how many times something is repeated. A non-learner is just that.
