    pre cum is a lube and does not contain sperm. Is possible to have live sperm in the tube and picked up by the pre cum. So it is possible, not probable.

    Strictly speaking from a biological standpoint, "NO", precum does not contain sperm. The glands that produce pre-cum are not connected with the glands that contribute to seminal fluid, which, of course, DO contain sperm. Asked another way, "COULD pre-cum contain sperm?" YES, it sure can. If an ejaculation took place recently and the guy in question has not urinated since then, there may very well be some leftover sperm in his penis, which may combine with precum and come into contact with a female's genitals. Cases such as this where pregnancy has occured without actual intercourse and without ejaculation have been documented.
