    This is the science section, not the woo section! Energy has precise scientific meaning. One being the ability to do useful work. " Positive energy " is a pure woo concept.

    Just as I feel that we are responsible for our own happiness, I feel we our responsible for our own positive energy. It's an attitude. What you are doing is not nearly as important as how you feel about what you are doing.
