    He's concerned about the poor like his pal Newt who only have a couple mil to their names (the 500k revolving credit line at Tiffany's doesn't count). That's as close as he can come to a poor person without gagging.

    chin down, looking up, pointing index finger...arm forward, eyes >icy, face frozen. Ever see someone smirk and at the same time
    show their teeth?
    wow.
    it takes a lot of dumness to actually reveal himself through such body language.
    the quorum should have told him not to show that side.
    but then most americans don't know anything about how telling body language is.
