    I don't think it should be, because people have rights, and their last wishes should always be taken very seriously. To force a removal of that dead person's organs, when their last wishes clearly state that they don't want to donate them, is immoral and disrespectful, especially to the person's family. True, those organs may save lives, but to have them torn from the bodies of grieving families, against their wishes ... it's still wrong, in my opinion.

    I think it should be an individuals right, to do what they want done, with their remains.
