You're reading Which of the following news sources do you read?
Comments
No newspapers? (I'm not familiar with Science Daily - I read the six page New York Times Science of the Times on Tuesdays). TV news gives fifteen seconds average to each story, except sports and a huge disaster.
BBC "As It Happens" is a good radio news magazine. CNN is irrelevant. Weather is nearly always bad here (I live in the Adirondack Mountains) so I subscribe to the "What You See is What You Get" on the spot weather coverage. (Today we're getting seventeen inches of snow!) Gotta love it.
When our power goes out, which it does once a week, I want newspapes to read by the wood stove while I cook. (I read by re-chargeable solar light and a solor radio for music/news.)
Thanks for your answer. (Is MHz a satelite feed?)

I do not see a need for print newspapers these days, why waste the resources?
SciencDaily reports almost all of the latest research publications in every field of science. Typically over 40 new article every day.
Why is CNN irrelevant? I use it as a counter balance. To other sources, sometimes they get things first anyway.
(Oh and I forgot the PBS Newshour which I also watch sometimes as well).
BBC World News is pretty good.
MHz is news magazine like, it is on a number of cable channels in a variety of flavors from around the world.
