My mothers ex-husband of over 3 years ago is trying to get alimony can he if he has his gf leaving with him?

Also he's on disability and shouldn't be working yet he's working a hotdog stand standing around for hours, when he isnt suppose to be working because he had broken his back, he's got a girlfriend living with him is he really able to be granted for alimony if thats the case i also have proof he's been working i had taken a picture please help hes trying to have her deported from the us and passport seized so she loses her job and comes back to Canada she's a nurse for corrections

First of all, report him to the social security administration. He is breaking the law and defrauding the tax payers if he is working while on disability. Secondly, I don't know enough about the situation, but it really doesn't sound like he can get alimony. He's bluffing.
