MORMONS: Since God (the Father) has a physical body of flesh and bones is He omniscient? If so, how does this work?

No I mean what I said: omniscient - all knowing.

The reasoning is that the human brain physical couldn't contain all the knowledge in the universe - there just isn't enough real estate to hold it all.

Interesting I see what you are saying. Data stored on a computer requires a physical hard drive of a certain size. And though our advancements in technology keep shrinking the size of the hardware required to hold the data (could you imagine 80 gigs in the 70's?!) Infinite data (omniscience) should take up atleast infinite space.
Hmmm... unfortunately I don't have a big enough hard drive or a fast enough processor to work that one out. lol.

Hmmm, it just occurs to me that if God knows everything, then there must be an everything. It must be finite at least to God. Just as it would take infinite space to store knowledge of infinite things it would take infinite time to comprehend that you knew an infinite number of things.
Though some things are infinite or in other words innumerable, uncountable, to us. To God nothing can be for He is omnipotent as well as omniscient. If God were unable to quantify the knowledge of all things He would be neither Omnipotent nor Omniscient. But as He is both, and He can quantify all knowledge therefore all knowledge is quantifiable or in other words finite. And therefore may fit in a finite and physical space as stored data. As God said in LDS scripture:
"they cannot be numbered unto man; but they are numbered unto me, for they are mine." Moses 1:35
