She left you everything except things she specifically stated in her will should go to whoever else she designated. Could be certain pieces of furniture. Could be items of clothing or jewelery. Could be collectibles or anything else she owned. Or any combination of those things. All depends on her wishes as expressed in her will.

That would be the house and everything inside of it .. except items specifically designated for others in her will. You really need to get an attorney to sort all of this out.

If you don't have a copy of her Will, her attorney would have it.

You get everything in the house as long as it's not mentioned anywhere else in the will.
For example: if a couch is mentioned in the will as going to your neighbor, then it goes to your neighbor. If that couch is not mentioned in your will, it goes to you.

Clothing would go to you unless it specifically says that clothing will go to someone else.

Collectibles will go to you unless a specific item is noted as going to someone else.

well she might have made notes as to which articles or moneys shall go to others.
it must be specifically named by her in the will.

thank-you for answering my question. yes there are specific things left to others and those will be distributed according to her wishes. my siblings say that they are entitled to '"all the furnishings" equally even though it states they were left to me. before you even ask, of course I will share with my siblings!
