Should I model?

I have been told I should model, but I have very low self confidence and low self esteem. I am only 5'2, but they say I can do catalog work and stuff. But idk, what do you guys think? These pics are from the past year to now.)

If you'd like to model, go for it. Just make sure you understand the industry, the different types of modeling, the different types of people you'll meet and what exactly the media industry (and thin models who are airbrushed and photoshopped) do to the minds of young women. If you understand and you still want to do it don't let your height stop you. One of the problems with the modeling industry is how it excludes so many people.

My personal opinion is that you should not model because modeling is a destructive business that promotes the notion that only genetic freaks are attractive women.

But I understand it can be lucrative, so maybe it's the right path for you.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
