    i voted careless but thats not my final answer it well depend on the situation like if its its in the public like those signs and billboards i would think its kinda "dumb" i mean think before you do that especially public and especially if "your not from around here" if you know what i mean its like other countries (no offense) but i travel to China and Japan once and i noticed they have lots of misspelled signs and billboards seriously i don't know if they did it for style or something else but of course i blame who ever write it not the country ;D
