I have been married for 8 years we lived together less then 1 have been seperated since then can she still take me for alimony?

also both of us been with other people sexualy & she wants to take me for adultery can she do that? we do have a child wich i give her child support for! can some one plz help

This is a matter of state law, but it doesn't seem like she could get it. Alimony is not as common as it used to be.
