Nope. As the first person said, it won't change anything because this rioting situation in part started because of a 29 year old father of 4 being shot to death. (The other reason was due to people protesting in regards to joblessness and economic uncertainty). If anything I think this situation will change the procedures that take place as it relates to UK enforcement. They might be forced to use military action quicker than not. But overall nothing will change outside of that, and nothing will change as far as gun policy because the police already use guns.
