    guns + alcohol is a bad combination under any circumstances ... add an excess of testosterone to the equation and you're just asking for trouble

    This country, besides becoming a big joke, has become a big paradox. On one hand, you have the USG spending trillions between propaganda and private contractors to ~wink, wink~ protect its citizens from "terrorism" while, at the same time, insisting that people must have weapons (including in schools) with which they're killing themselves to the tune of 30,000 per year, according to the FBI. Yet, there hasn't been one terrorist attack in the US (except for those perpetrated by Amerikans themselves). What a joke! What a charade! What brainwashed idiots Amerikans are!

    Additional thoughts, from a conservative perspective:

    • Why do liberals make such a fuss about kids being killed in gun accidents? After all, the boy who shot the girl said he was sorry! What more do you liberals want?

    • Let's just hope the liberals won't use this as an excuse to prevent college kids from carrying guns on campus.

    • The girl's father got way too emotional about losing one daughter. Come on! It's not as if he doesn't have another daughter! The dead girl has a twin sister!

    • The boy who did the shooting should be given a medal by the NRA for exercising his Second Amendment rights. He's a hero!
