I've always liked the natural ways of doing things, so I guess I'd like my wife to deliver naturally. But it's really up to her: she's the one who's going to have to get the baby out, so she can be the one to choose how to do it. I'd only press her on the matter if it were clear she was opting for a method that presented a needless risk to her or the baby's health, though most women are not careless about those kinds of decisions. Long story short, once questions of health have been answered adequately, my only concern is that my wife be as comfortable and peaceful as possible during both pregnancy and labor.

I was present and assisted for both my girls births. First was drug free natural. Second wife was too small. After 24 hours they went with emergency csection. Head was just too big. Baby went on too lose 2 pounds before discharge. She was a water logged tiddler ...

My neighbor just died after giving birth , why ? this is 2011 and she was healthy and happy, what could have happened ? I'm sad , help plz
